Chad Layton Allen

KOOSKIA, ID. - Chad Layton Allen, 66, Kooskia, Idaho passed away May, 20, 2001 from cardiac arrest.

He was born on January 25,1935 at Grace, ID, the son of Mark Preece Allen and Flossie Layton Allen. He served an LDS mission from 1955-1957 in California.

He married LenaRae Tracy on Jan 14, 1959, in the ldaho Falls Temple. At the time of his passing, he was a High Priest and was serving as Executive Secretary in the Kamiah Second Ward.

He is survived by his wife of Kooskia, Idaho, 1 brother, Junius L. Allen of St. George, Utah, and four children; Tracy Allen Thompson (William) of Meridian, Idaho, Tamara Allen Wells (Douglas) of Tremonton, Utah, Mark Layton Allen (Kerrie Cornwall), of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Clay C. Allen (Clarissa Buck) of Athol, Massachusetts, thirteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Madge Hansen, and Helen Snow.

Funeral services will be Friday at Kamiah Second Ward.
