Russell Bryan, in quality control
Russell E. Bryan, 82, of Haig Boulevard, Reading, formerly of Lancaster County, died of natural causes Tuesday morning at Mifflin Center.
Bryan was head of quality control at Birdsboro Corp., Birdsboro, for 42-1/2 years. He retired in 1982.
He was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ, Shillington.
A Mason, he was a 50-year member of Union Lodge 479, Free and Accepted Masons, Birdsboro, and a 36-year member of Scottish Valley Rite.
Born in Terre Hill, he was the son of the late Norman B. and Cora Huyett Bryan.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a sister, Jeannette Bryan of Reading.
