Second husband: George Washington Webb (1804-1854)
Melvina Amanda (Culberson) Webb.
She lived as a widow for 40 years. She said "Since she had two husbands, and could not be burried by both, she wanted to be buried in Bethel Cemetery, Lee County, Alabama, between her son, John Britton, and her eldest son by George Washington Webb, named Adrien Olen Webb." Both of these sons were Confederate Soldiers of Alabama in the War Between the States and were killed in Battle; and their graves were marked by the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
