CARLISLE -- Charles D. Hocking, 74, of 8 Eastwick Lane, South Middleton Twp., died Wednesday in the Church of God Home.
He retired from SKF USA Inc., Shippensburg; a member of Boiling Springs Bible Chapel and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and former chairman of its local chapter 187; an Army veteran of World War II; and a graduate of McCaskey High School, Lancaster.
Surviving are his wife, Nellie Thomas Hocking, and a daughter, Barbara K. of Carlisle.
Services will be held at 1: 30 p.m. Monday in his church. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Monroe Twp.
