Hazel Brandt
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon for Hazel D. Brandt, 83, of Syracuse. Mrs. Brandt died Saturday at her home.
Services were 2 p.m. at Tonsing Fusselman Perry Funeral Home, Syracuse; they were conducted by Rev. Warren Spellman.
Mrs. Brandt was born April 22, 1890, at Unadilla. She was the daughter of Willie Warren and Jennie (Clark) Kent.
March 17, 1915 , she married Harrison Brandt at Unadilla. They lived in the Unadilla area until they retired to Syracuse eight years ago. She was affiliated with United Methodist Church,,Unadilla.
Survivors include her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Abbie Mattox of Geneva, and three grandchildren, Nancy, Warren and Elizabeth Mattox.
Pallbearers were William Brandt, Adolph Boettcher, Dwight Roberts, Donald Witt, Terry Witt and Robert Schwatman. Burial was at Unadilla Cemetery.
The family requests memorials to the Heart Fund.
