Mrs. Elizabeth Lee Cook aged 69, died Thursday In a local rest home. Born Sept. 22, 1879, in Burnside Kentucky, she married the late Isaac N. Cook in June, 1933. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Eastern Star and the ladles auxiliary of the Spanish American War Veterans.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs Harold Adams, 528 North Pershing, and Mrs. K. A. Hettinger, 1444 Salina; five sons, Herbert E Lee 120 West Lewis; Malcolm R Lee, 1513 Palisade; Roy E. Lee, Freeport, Kansas; Melvin R. Lee, Los Angeles, California, and Robert H. Lee, San Diego, California, and 17 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday In the Broadway mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn cemetery.
