MONMOUTH - George Arthur Taylor died Monday night at the home of his son, Alcott, North Main St.
He was born at Leeds March 15, 1884, son of Caroline Burnham and Joel Taylor. He lived here 15 years.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Kinney, Madison, Mrs. Irene Hood, Manchester, N.H., Janice Jacques, Augusta; eight sons, George Jr., Wildwood, N.J., Walter, Chesterville, Charles, East Wilton, Joseph, Melvin, Alcott, Monmouth, Chester, Canton, and Kenneth, Waterville; two brothers, Howard, Monmouth, and Lewis, Canton, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
