M. Verna Randall, 87, Dayspring, died Saturday in Mahone Nursing Home, Mahone Bay. Born in First South, she was a daughter of the late Captain Wallace and Viella (Corkum) Conrad. She was a member of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church; Mount Olivet ELW; and Woodbine Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by two daughters, Sylvia (Mrs. Willie Jennings), Dayspring; Joan (Mrs. Elliott Lohnes), Framingham, Mass.; two sisters, Margaret (Mrs. E.Lavin), Framingham; Kathleen Rhodenizer, Bridgewater; a brother, Bernard, Marathon, Ontario; several grandchildren and great-granchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Moyle; a daughter, Marie; three brothers, Fred, Douglas, Basil. The body is in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, visiting 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Upper LaHave, Rev. T. Ristine officiating. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Upper LaHave. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Mahone Bay Home Van Fund, or any charity.
