He left Ark when 16 yrs. of age and came West to Colorado and finally settled in Myton, Utah. A veteran of World War I. He served 13 months in the U.S. Navy as a carpenter and was stationed at Pelham Bay Park Naval Depot. He was married at N. R. -NY. to Lillian Herman Jan 16, 1921 and lived at Myton Ut. until Dec. 1936. Later locating, 1938, at Price Ut. Worked for Kaiser Corp and several other carpenter projects.
