A private burial was held today in Mountain View Cemetery, Ashland, for Minnie G. Clark, 90, of Medford, who died Wednesday. Conger-Morris Funeral Directors of Medford were in charge of arrangments.

Mrs. Clark was born July 29, 1894, in Clay County, Minnesota, to Ole and Gunhild Buskrud. She married Sewell Christen Balgaard and was divorced. In September 1934 in Grants Pass (Oregon), she married Claude Clark, who died in 1969.
She was a resident of Ashland for many years until moving to Medford in 1971. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include one step daughter, Eleanor L. Maharry, Medford; one step son, Raymond Clark, Rohnert Park, Calif., and one brother, Olaus Bordalen, Ulen, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by one son, OrvilleBalgaard.
