Merle Witte Lynch, 92, of Charleston died Thursday, Feb. 19, 1998, in Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison, after a short illness.
She was a native of Arnoldsburg, a retired Millstone postmistress and a member of Louisa Chapel United Methodist Church, Arnoldsburg.

Surviving: daughters, Norma Boggs of Clothier, Patricia Laughlin of Charleston; sister, Elsie Wilson of Frametown; one great-grandson.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Burial will be in Albert's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Sand Ridge.
