Jamie Joe Green, age 35 of Colon, died Monday of natural causes at his home.
He was born Oct. 28, 1974, in Coldwater, a son of Joddie and Terry (Shultz) Green, and was a lifetime resident of the Colon area.
For the past 15 years, Jamie had been employed at Vanguard LLC in Colon. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, playing pool, darts and video games.
Jamie is survived by his mother, Terry Green of Colon; a brother, Billy Green and his finance, Shellie Prichard, of Colon; a half-sister, Julie Hedrick of Buford, Mo.; two aunts, Louise DeWitt of Seymour, Ind., and Doloros Lohrberg of Schoolcraft; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joddie Green; maternal grandparents, James and Estella Shultz; and paternal grandparents, Jody and Bell Green.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in Lakeside Cemetery, with the Rev. Glenn Middleton, pastor of the Christian Fellowship Center, officiating.
