Anna Banks Pollard, 79, of Springdale, formerly of Pocola, died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000, in a Springdale hospital.
She was a beautician.
Graveside service was 2 p.m. Friday at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
She is survived by one daughter, Alice Wilson of Fayetteville; two sons; Ansel R. Pollard Jr. and Sam R. Pollard, both of Springdale; two brothers; Ewell Bobo and Julis Bobo, both of Birmingham, Ala; two sisters, Lockie Colburn of Winfield, Ala., and Bettie Vail of Birmingham; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
