Uncle Bill passed in his sleep in the early morning hours of May 31, 2010. He fought a good fight with prostate and bone cancer. My uncle Bill was a great person, who told wonderful stories to me about my family. He told me lots of things about my grandpa, great grandparents, etc that I never would have known without him.
Uncle Bill was born the first son to Lillian Poynton and Herbert Carl Heeding. He was named after his mothers brother, who had died at birth. He was raised in the Salt Lake area and had his family there. He moved to Idaho Falls where he spent the rest of his life.
I will always remember the stories he told me and the memories of going up to yellowstone every summer and stopping in Idaho Falls to see him. Thanks for the memories and the stories uncle Bill. I will miss you the rest of my days. You are such a great person.
