Everett Tilden Loreman, 96, of Stromsburg, Neb., passed away May 29, 2010 at York General Hospital in York. Everett was born November 28, 1913 to the late Samuel Tilden and Mary Isabelle (Fuller) Loreman in York. Following high school Everett began working as a farmhand and farming with his Uncle in the Benedict area. He continued to farm most of his life. In later years Everett worked at the Osceola and Stromsburg United Farmers Coop. He retired in 1983 at age 70. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Stromsburg where he taught Sunday School for many years and was also a lay leader. He was a charter member of the Stromsburg Lions Club and past Swedish Festival King in 1999. Everett enjoyed spending time at the Stromsburg Senior Center and playing pool there.

Survivors include his wife, Imogene of Stromsburg; two daughters, Pat Blasi of Rocky Ford, Colo. and Judy Verdine of Washington, Mo.; one son, Larry Loreman of Topeka, Kan.; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
