According to her death certificate, her parents were Emilius Berg and Theresia Feiler.

According to A History of Tours, Texas (Page 461), her parents were Paul Berg and Theresia Feiler.

She married Joseph Aimer on January 12, 1897 at St. Martin's Church in Tours, Texas.

Mrs. Aimer, 89, Dies Thursday; Rites Saturday

Mrs. Theresia Aimer died at 4 p.m. Thursday morning. She was 89.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday morning, March 24, at the West Church of the Assumption, Rev. Frank S. Miller will officiate with burial at St. Martin’s Cemetery in Tours.

Rosary will be recited Friday at 7 p.m. at Aderhold-Moore Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Aimer was born March 13, 1873, in St. Joseph’s, Missouri, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emilius Berg. She had resided in West for 80 years.

Survivors include one son, Mr. John Aimer of West; two daughters, Mrs. Paulin Merenda and Mrs. Rud. Maler; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Joe Aimer, W. J. Merenda, Jerry Merenda, Raymond Merenda, Louis Vrba, and Alfred Vrba. Honorary pallbearers are Marvin Hegar, Leo Koerner, and Rob L. Smith.
