CHESTER BARNHART

The death of Chester Barnhart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Barnhart occurred May 31 at 5 p.m. He was born in Clayton county on February 19, 1912.

He was 13 years 3 months 11 days old. He attended the Colesburg consolidated school and was an ambitious pupil. His plans were ever on finishing school and then on to college, but God so had planned a still higher throne for him and called him to the other and better world where there is no more toil or sorrow but joy and happiness forever. He was a ray of sunshine in his home, where he will be sadly missed by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth 16 years old; Wilson 11; one sister Arleen, six years old.

Funeral services were held at his home on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Finck officiating. Interment was made in the Guttenberg City cemetery.
