Mr. Bartlett worked for General Electric Co. for 31 years, most recently as a machinist inspector, before retiring in 1993. He was a member of the GE Quarter Century Club and GE Retired Employees Association; of Trinity Lutheran Church, where he was an usher; and had served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Bartlett was a member of the Perry Squares and the Penn York Square Dance Campers. He was preceded in death by a brother, Milton Bartlett. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Marylou Robinson Bartlett; three daughters, Mrs. Mark (Luanne) May of North East, Mrs. Dan (Denise) Artibee of Grand Haven, Mich., and Mrs. Arthur (Cindy) Anderson II of Erie; a sister, Mrs. Charles (Joyce) Fitzpatrick of Erie; six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
