Mary Peretti OBerto, age 77, died August 8, 1991 in a Price hospital.

She was born September 1, 1913, Vineland, New Jersey, daughter of Antonio and Santina Clerico Peretti. Married John "Teastie" OBerto, May 31, 1947 in Reno, Nevada. Member of the Catholic Church. Life long resident of Carbon County. She was an enthusiatic homemaker, enjoyed fishing, gardening, and entertaining her many friends.She is survived by her husband, Teastie, Helper; one son, one daughter and spouses, Steve and Diane OBerto, Helper; Michele and Ott Stuart, Salt Lake City; three grandsons, Steven OBerto, Helper; Joseph P. Stuart, Matthew O. Stuart, both Salt Lake City; also survived by a brother, Lawrence Peretti, Price; sister, Perena Schiro, Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, 10 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Helper. Vigil services, Sunday evening, 7 p.m. at Mitchell Chapel, where friends may call Sunday and Monday prior to service. Committal services Mountain View Cemetery, Helper.
