States he contracted TB in Leakey, Real Co., TX where on 12 SEP 1918 he registered for the 1917 Civilian Draft in Leakey, listing his sister, Mrs. Rosa Preece as closest next of kin. His parents were Richard David 'Bud' Cothern (1851-1945) and mother, Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Coker (1851-1893). His only known wife was Mary Roberta 'Bertie' Lawrence. They had one known child, Hattie (Harriett?) Cothern born 1903, Blanco, Blanco Co., TX, listed with parents in 1910 San Angelo, Tom Green Co., TX census as 5 years old, born abt 1904, also listed in 1920 Dallas census with mother, Bertie Tracey, as Hattie Nolen, age 16, a widow. (Hattie's last name was actually Hanley, Social Security application lists her father as Bert Hanley. It now appears Cebe and Bertie had no children.) Sebourn was born in Indian Territory, Oklahoma.
