Thelma Irene Lindley, 78, Westfield, died at 2 a.m. April 16, 1991, in a Warsaw hospital. She was born March 25, 1913. She was first married to Malcolm "Bill” Lawson on November 17, 1929 in Marion County, Indiana, who preceded her in death. Her second marriage was on November. 26, 1988 in Camel, Hamilton County, Indiana, to Allen J. Lindley, a former Cutler resident. He survives. Also surviving are one son, Rev. Bill Lawson of Mentone; two stepdaughters, Norma Hoyt of Westfield, Ruth Harshbarger of Flora; three stepsons, Ed Lindley of Dixon, California, Allen C. Lindley, Pendleton, and Steven R. Lindley of Arlington, Texas; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; 18 step grandchildren; and 15 step great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday at Carmel United Methodist Church. Visitation will be Thursday afternoon and evening at Smith Funeral Home in Carmel. Delphi Carroll County Comet April 17, 1991.
