Mrs. Cornelius' father's name was Joseph COOK and her mother was Rachel Martha WILLIS COOK.
Surviving Mrs. Cornelius were four sons, John Bertram of Marshalltown, Iowa, Arthur Denison, Joseph Benjamin, and Olie Elmer of Hannibal, Missouri; and a daughter Arilla Beatrice Cornelius Harrison of rural Ralls County, MO. Also surviving were 41 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Cornelius was preceded in death by three daughters that lived to be adults, Dora Margaret CORNELIUS McGEE, Flora Rosetta "Rosie" CORNELIUS ASHBY, Ella J. Cornelius, and Roda Grace CORNELIUS JOHNSON.
