Falkville

Funeral for Homer H. Hall, 96, of Falkville will be Saturday, May 29, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Whitt Wray officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mr. Hall, who died Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at UAB Hospital, was born December 3, 1913, in Morgan County to William J. Hall and Dixie Etter Hall. He received a 50 Year Award for being with the Mason's.

He is survived by his wife, Maggilien Hall; five sons, Levoid Hall and Lenith Hall, both of Falkville, Vandel Hall of Eva, Sherlon Hall of Falkville and Brendal Hall of Sacramento, Calif.; one brother, Curtis Hall of Akron, Ohio; one sister, Elenor Pearl Graham of Cullman; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Darryl Hall, Danny Hall, Stanley Hall, Ronald Ledbetter, Jeremy McVay, Jimmy Graham.
