Julie Ann Johnston (Vivian), age 47, passed away May 22, 2010 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. Julie was born February 4, 1963 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania to John "Jack" and Donna Vivian.
She is survived by son Christopher (Mandy) Johnston, daughter Katherine Johnston, father John "Jack" (Elaine) Vivian, mother Donna Vivian, brothers John and Josh (Angela) Vivian, sister Amy (Joseph), ex husband Kevin Johnston, father-in-law John (Marilyn) Johnston, ex sister-in-law Jane (John) Kinzinger and aunt Tanna (Scott) Blair.
Visitation will be Monday May 24, 2010 from 6-9 PM at Smith & Ogle Funeral Home 5086 College Corner Pike Oxford, OH 45056. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 AM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Association.
