Thomas F. Barnes, Jr., age 82, died May 26, 2010. He was born on August 9, 1927.
He was preceded in death by his dear wife, Wilma. He is survived by two sons, Richard (Jane) and Thomas, III (Cathy); two grandchildren Angela and Richard, II (Sarah); two great-grandchildren, Tristan and Emery; five siblings, Ralph, John, Ruby Bame, Richard Lee and Rose Cope; and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2:00 until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, May 27, at John N. Santeiu and Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster (between Ford Road and Cherry Hill). Thomas will lie in state from 9:30 until 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 28, with the funeral service being held at 10:00 a.m., all at Fairhaven Assembly of God, 876 North Beech Daly (just south of Wilson).
