Paul Harrison Jr died Oct 24, 1988 at the Walton County Hospital. He was 66.

He was born Aug. 10, 1922 in Walton County. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Paul Harrison Sr. His wife was the late Dorothy Smith Harrison.

Funeral services were held Oct. 26, 1988 at Harmony Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Hornsby and the Rev. R. T. Williams officiating. Interment was in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery with Generous Warren Lodge Number 20 in charge of graveside rites. Pallbearers were Buddy Glass, Evan Carnes, Mike Sellers, Lynn Durden, Frank Hawk and Jose Scroggs. Honorary Pallbearers were the Deacons of Harmony Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Paulette Collins of Monroe and Mrs. Sadie Barton of Snellvile; son, Smith Harrison of Metter; sisters, Mrs. Lois Michael of Russellville, Tenn., Mrs. Mary Ellen Ward and Mrs. Rachel Durden of Monroe, Mrs. Phyllis Sellers of Conyers and Mrs. Elaine Shirkey of Springfield, Va.; and four grandchildren.

Meadows Funeral Home, Inc was in charge of the arrangements.
