Survivors: Son, Steven E. and his wife, Linda B. Hackworth, of Euless; grandchildren, Anson Ivey of Mena, Ark., Jonathan Hackworth of Sault Ste Marie, Mich., Kim Rummel of Richardson, Bruce Rummel of Lewisville and Sheila Rummel of Plano; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
