She was born at Camp Mistake. She was most likely named after her mother's older sister Lyndall THERESA (Davis) Scott and her grandmother Nancy IsaBELLE (Weekley) Davis.

Her first husband was Albert Auvil. She gave birth to a son sometime around 1950, he was born with a heart defect and died two days after birth. Her first marriage ended in divorce around 1960-1961.

January 14 19xx, she married Charles Edward Maxwell in Alexandria, VA. Ed happened to be the 1st cousin of Oral Husk, Terry's brother-in-law. Ed's parents were Liza (Husk) and Charles S. (Tudy) Maxwell. Liza was sister to Oral Husk's father, Elmus Clyde Husk.

Theresa K. Maxwell, 64, of Augusta, Hampshire County, WV formerly of West Union, died Saturday, October 25, at 4:49 p.m. at the Hampshire Memorial Hospital in Romney, WV.

Mrs. Maxwell was born in West Union, a daughter of the late Austin I. Keys, Sr. and Elsie Marie Davis Keys. She was a secretary at the University of Maryland, a member of the Loom U.M. Church at Augusta, and a member of the Birmingham Chapter No. 26 Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Maxwell; two brothers, Austin I. Keys Jr. of West Union and Benton E. Keys of Bunker Hill, WV; one sister, Emma Jean Dotson of Alexandria, VA. She was preceded in death by one sister; Edith Pearl Husk.

Funeral Services were conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28 at the Spurgeon Funeral Home, West Union, with the Rev. Dan Kimball officiating. Burial was in the Masonic Memorial Park at West Union. Friends were received at the funeral home Monday evening where OES Chapter #56, West Union conducted Memorial Services at 7:30 p.m.
