Funeral services were to be held at 3 p.m. today in St. Leo Catholic Church in Leonville for Mrs. Bernadette M. Lanclos, 72. Burial was to follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Sibille Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lanclos was a native of Leonville and a member of the St. Ann Society of the St. Leo Church in that community, but she had been an Opelousas housewife for a number of years.

Mrs. Lanclos died at 1:35 p.m.. at the Opelousas General Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur Lanclos of Opelousas; five sons, Herman Lanclos and Nathan Lanclos of Opelousas; Robert Lee Lanclos and Lois J. Lanclos of Baton Rouge, and Verley Lanclos of Lake Charles; one daughter, Mrs. Emile Pelafigue of Opelousas.

She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Altha Robin of Port Barre; 24 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
