Whitten, Charles - 88, of Griffithsville, Lincoln County, died Friday in a Huntington hospital. He was a former Lincoln County school teacher and member of 100P and K. of P. lodges of Hurricane. Surviving are two sons, Earl and Froud Whitten , both of Albuquerque, N. M. Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday in Koontz Funeral Home at Hamlin by Rev. Fred Saunders. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park at South Charleston. The body is at the funeral home.
