Born in Syracuse, NY December 19, 1924, he was a son of the late Norbert Rauch and Pearl Burg Rauch.
Mr. Rauch was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII, and retired from the Veteran's Administration Hospital in New York as Chief of the Prosthetics Department.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Rauch, of Marietta, NY.
Interment was in Belle Isle Cemetery, Camillus, NY.
