She was born October 23, 1917, in Williamstown, and was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Salome (Lemke) Bowerman, and was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Frank Clouser.
Blanche retired from Nationwide Insurance Co., was past president of the Lykens Williams Valley Association, volunteered at the Latshmere Swim Club, and was a member of the Cross Pointe United Methodist Church.
She is survived by 2 sons, Kenneth L. Clouser Sr., of Phoenix, AZ, and Kerry L. Clouser, of Millersburg; daughter, Sally Ann Robenseifner, of Harrisburg; 6 grandsons, Kenneth L. Clouser Jr., Eric, Scott, Matthew, David, and Daniel Clouser; 2 granddaughters, Kelly Skalka and Stacey Ann Robenseifner; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 27, 2010, in the Neill Funeral Home Inc., 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg.
Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her church, 430 Colonial Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17109.
