Mrs. O'Fallon was born in Denver on July 27, 1897, a daughter of the late Charles F. Dunn, pioneer Colorado contractor.
She was a graduate of St. Mary's Academy in Denver.
Surviving, besides Mr. O'Fallon, are her mother, Mrs. Charles Dunn; five children, three sisters and four brothers. All except one brother were with her.
The children are Mary Kathryn, Eugene Peter, Jr., Martin Joseph, III, Charles Dunn, and William John O'Fallon. Her sisters are Mrs. John Rae, Mrs. Frances Hart, both of Denver, and Sister Dorothy Ann of the Loretto Teaching Order at Kankanee, Ill. Her brothers are Paul and Donald Dunn of Denver and Charles and John Dunn of San Diego, Calif.
Solemn Requiem high Mass will be sung in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception by Rev. Joseph J. Walsh at 9 a.m. Monday. Rt. Rev. Hugh L. McMenamin wil deliver the sermon and absolution will be given by the Most Rev. Urban J. Vehr, bishop of Denver.
