SPEARMAN - Mrs. Bertha Lee Jenkins, 86, died Saturday.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church. The Rev. Russell Pogue, pastor, and the Rev. Don Wirsdorfer, pastor of First Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Holt Cemetery by Boxwell Brother Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Jenkins was born in Erath County and came to the Holt Community south of Spearman in 1902. She married B.S. Jenkins in 1910 in Plemons. He died in 1956. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Philip A. Jenkins of Spearman, a daughter, Mrs. Billie Tevebaugh of Claude; a sister, Mrs. Birda Holt of Spearman; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
