Clyda J. Moore, 83, of Paris Nursing Center, died Thurs. Dec. 8, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Grant Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery at Hagansport.
Mrs. Moore was born Jan. 16, 1905, in Franklin County, Texas, a daughter of Sam and Lillie Evans Simpson. Her first husband, Alton Caudle, died in October 1952. She married Willie M. Moore in 1960 in Titus County. He preceded her in death. She was a member of Graham Street Baptist Church and worked at City Steam Laundry for several years.
Surviving are a son, Bryce A. Caudle of Paris; one daughter, Sherri Maddox of Paris; one sister, Mrs. Jessie Spears of Clarksville; and one grandson, Ron Hays of Austin.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
