Mr. Tillotson, 94, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2001, at King's Daughters Medical Center.
He was born in McCall Creek on Jan. 4, 1907, to Henry and Alice Walker Tillotson.
He was the retired owner of Tillotson Service Station. He started the station at its present location in 1950. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Marie C. Tillotson of Brookhaven; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Tillotson and Ted Evans of Brookhaven; sisters, Cleo Freeman of Florida and Analo Arnold of McCall Creek; and two grandchildren, Laura Evans and Stephen Evans.
Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
