ANDERSON- Bernice Crull, 78, of Anderson, passed away February 19, 2009, at Community Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born Oct. 3, 1930, in Maysville, Ky., and lived most of her life in Anderson. She graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1948 and then from Indiana Business College. She retired from Chesterfield Lumber Co., where she was office manager.
Bernice was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Anderson.
She is survived by her five children, Terri (Carl) Schleuder, Cindy ( companion, Steve Cheever) Ripberger, Julie Crull (companion, Alan Baker), Mike (Carla) Crull, and Lori (Eric) Brown; grandchildren, Chris Schleuder, Eric Schlueder (companion, Karen Sunisloe), Steve Schleuder, Angie (Brady) Graham, Aimee (Dustin) Osborne, Heather (Levi) Alexander, Jeremy and Sarah Crull, Adam (Christina) Young, Brandon Young (fiance, Jenny Wilson), and Andrew Brown; and great-grandchildren, Kailyn and Brevan Graham, Corbin, Makena, Thaiden, and Lucy Alexander, Aidan Schleuder, Claire Osborne, and Alex Young. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Clara Sweitzer; and husband, William E. Crull.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Robert Williams officiating. Burial will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Brown-Butz--Diedring Funeral Home. Rosary will be conducted at 6 p.m.
