Michael Joseph Morio, 71, of Springdale died May 19, 2010, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 7, 1938, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to James Thomas and Helen Umlah Morio.
He was an industrial maintenance man, an Air Force veteran, a Catholic and am ember of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife, Luellen Burch Morio; a son, Mike Morio, of Rock Hill, S.C.; a daughter, Beth Miller and husband, James, of Fayetteville; two stepsons, Harold Douthit and wife Cynthia of Elm Springs, and Bobby Douthit and wife Vicki of Lowell; two brothers; two sisters; seven grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
Private burial was in Fayetteville National Cemetery.
