Obit in The Correctionville News, 2 July 1987, page 4: Lori Lynn Conley, 28, of Sioux City died of stab wounds on Wednesday, June 24, 1987, in Sioux City. Services were at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Church of Christ at Anthon with Rev. Keith Hair officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery at Anthon under direction of Walter Funeral Home. Miss Conley was born August 12, 1958, in Sioux City to Don and Dolores (Haring) Conley. She lived in the Anthon and Correctionville communities and attended Eastwood High School. In November 1985 she moved to Sioux City where she attended Western Iowa Tech Community College. She was presently working at Siouxland Plasma Center. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Anthon and former member of Rock-Kee-Union 4-H Club. Survivors include two sons, Jeremy and Jerodiah, both at home, her parents of Iowa City, a brother, Michael of Winfield, Iowa, two sisters, Mrs. James (Becky) Fenceroy and Mrs. Mark (Melanie) Foster, both of Sioux City, paternal grandmother, Mrs. Elva Conley of Anthon, and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Emma Haring of Sioux City. She was preceded by her grandfathers and one brother, Lyndon.
