Services for J. E. Tedrow, 77, longtime resident of Loving, were conducted Monday from the Loving Baptist Church with Rev. H. M. Beam Officiating. Burial was in Loving Cemetery with funeral arrangements under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Tedrow was a member of the Baptist Church and the Loving Masonic Lodge No. 917.
Born Oct. 31, 1891 in Fannin County, Texas, Tedrow came to Loving in early youth and was reared in Young County. He married Miss Florence Baker May 7, 1914 at Loving.
Other survivors include his wife, three daughters - Mrs. Bruce Baker, Mrs Warden Rivers and Mrs. Walter Lane; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; three brothers, O. L. Tedrow, B W. Tedrow, W. H. Tedrow and B. W. Tedrow and W. H. Tedrow of Rhome and a sister Mrs. Lillie Ewing.
