Son of Jefferson Parker and Mariah Frances Williams.

First wife was Nancy C. Parker. Second wife was Josie Harriett Steele.

Listed in the 1880 census as living in Hunt Township, Scott County, Arkansas. He was born in Tennessee as were his parents.

Presumably buried at Union Hill Cemetery but no marker was found. There are several Parker graves with only field stones for markers.
