Son of the late Mich'l K. Boyer, of this city, died at the residence of his son, Dr. D. Pellman Boyer, in Phila, on Monday. Dr. Boyer was well known throughout the city and county, having practiced medicine here for many years. He served in the Civil War as surgeon of the 99th Penn'a Volunteers. He was the oldest child of Michael K. and Rebecca Boyer. The other children were Michael P. Boyer, B. Frank Boyer, Thomas J. Boyer, M.D., Samuel P. Boyer, M.D., U.S.N., and Mrs. P.J. Cutler, the latter being the only surviving member of the family. Interment will be made in Charles Evans Cemetery.
