Born in Washington County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Maude Miller Trent.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Hurley was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and she loved to travel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Trent.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Thomas Hurley of Johnson City; daughter, of Johnson City; two sisters, brother, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday at 12:00 p.m. in the Sunrise Chapel of the funeral home.
The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00 prior to the service.
Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be chosen from family and friends.
