Columbia - Cehoy Tarrant Argoe, 86, died Wednesday in a local hospital. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today in Thompson Funeral Home Chapel of Orangeburg. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens of Orangeburg. Mrs. Argoe was born in Springfield, a daughter of David L. Tarrant and Arra Fogle Tarrant. She was an active member of Rocky Swamp Southern Methodist Church. She was the widow of O. Aubrey Argoe. Surviving are two daughters, Ann A. Birch and Brenda K.
