William R Sampson, 61, of 67901 Dequindre Road, died May 17 at Crittenton Hospital following a long illness. Born October 11, 1914 in Arkansas, Mr. Sampson had been a resident of this area since 1950.
Burial will be today in Donaldson, Arkansas.
Mr. Sampson is survived by his wife, Juanita; a son, William, of Big Rapids; one grandchild; and four sisters, Mrs Thelma Tuberville, Mrs Bernice Franklin, and Mrs Esther Gibson of Arkansas and Mrs Hettie Bayne of Texas.
