CUTLER - Glenn B. Eikenberry, 86, died at 12:25 PM Thursday, Jan. 19, 1989, in St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Delphi. He had been in ill health since Jan. 1. He was born in Carroll County, July 18, 192, and attended Bringhurst High School.

His first marriage was April 27, 1920, to Lena Gillam; she died May 24, 1968. On May 3, 1969, he was married to Naomi Cassell Sparks, who survives.

Founder of Eikenberry Insurance Services, Inc. in Flora, he had remained actively involved in the business. For many years, he had been a clerk at Rinehart Auction Co. in Flora. Mr. Eikenberry was a member of Bringhurst United Methodist Church and a member and past president of Flora Rotary Club.

Surviving with his widow are two daughters, Phyllis (Mrs. John) Miller of Flora and Sara (Mrs. Robert) Eaton of Indianapolis; one son, Joseph W. Eikenberry of Flora; a sister, Lois Lane of Flora; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers and one sister.
