FUNERAL FOR BOYD YATES TO BE HELD IN DALLAS.

Funeral services for Boyd Yates, 54 years old, 628 Haines, who died at Terrell, Texas, Tuesday afternoon, will take place Friday morning at 10 o'clock from the parlors of Welland Undertaking Company. Dr. Charles DeBow, pastor of First Methodist Church, corner Ross and Harwood, will officiate. Burial is to be in Oakland Cemetery.

Mr. Yates is survived by four step-daughters, Misses Mona, Hattie Mae and Marie Ashby of Fort Worth and Mrs. W.T. Grant of Dallas; a step-son, Will F. Ashby of Little Rock, Ark., and a sister, Mrs. Dollie Wester of Sulphur Springs.
