Leslie Patterson Wilson was born the second son to Thomas Montgomery Wilson and Amanda "Ethel" Gray Wilson. He married Nora Lee Case on March 12, 1916 in Tecumseh Co., OK. He and Nora had three children: Leslie Patterson "Moe" Wilson, Jr. (Margaret McKinney); Eleanor Lolita Wilson (Odith "King" Spurrier, Jr.) and Nina Margaret Wilson (William George West). L.P.'s siblings were: Robert Walter Wilson, Charlsie E. Wilson (Craven), Carl William Wilson, Rexford Clide Wilson,Thomas Raymond Wilson and Paul George Wilson. L.P. was a World War I veteran. He was in banking in Lincoln County. He was president of the the First National Bank for many years.
