DIED - Mrs. Elizabeth Sherman was born September 2, 1823 and died March 13, 1900 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. Pratt, aged 76 years 6 months and 11 days. Mrs. Sherman leaves two sons and two daughters to mourn her death, Frank P. Sherman and Mrs. A. Pratt of this place and a son and daughter who reside in Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Sherman was a great sufferer for seven weeks before her death with a complication of diseases and old age. The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Green, and the remains laid to rest in the Spring Creek cemetery.
