Note: Arkansas Marriage Index reflects Marion Risner (age 20) married Belle Foster (age 17) at Flora, Fulton Co., AR 31 May 1897. The 1900 federal census for Fulton Co., AR lists Marion Risner as widowed with no children. Marion Risner appears in later census records with a wife "Columbia". Therefore, it is a "reasonable" assumption that Belle Foster Risner died during the childbirth of Delbert Risner (also buried here but no dates but doesn't appear in any census) sometime between 1898 and 1900.
